These are the terms for using VisitCircle, including its text-message program. By signing in or replying to a VisitCircle text, you agree to them.

The text-message program

Program name

VisitCircle

What we send

Sign-in codes; visit and help requests from someone whose circle you're in; confirmations and cancellations; reminders before a visit or help you've agreed to; and replies to messages you send.

How often

Message frequency varies. It depends on how often the person you're helping asks for company or help, and on how often you reply.

Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. VisitCircle itself doesn't charge for messages.

To cancel

Reply STOP to any message and the texts stop. Reply START to opt back in.

For help

Reply HELP to any message, or email moshe@mbncinc.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Using VisitCircle

VisitCircle coordinates people. The person asking for visits decides who comes; the software never decides for them. Use it for that purpose, with people who know you and would want to hear from you.

You're responsible for the names and numbers you add being right, and for the messages you send through the service.

What we can't promise

VisitCircle is provided as is. We work to keep it available and to deliver messages promptly, but we can't guarantee that a message arrives or that someone will come. It isn't a medical or emergency service. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Changes

If these terms change, the date above changes with them. Continuing to use VisitCircle after that means you accept the new terms.
